• Information from lead ads. If you submit a contact form through one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the details you entered (such as your name, email, and phone number) with us so we can follow up.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information such as your device type, browser, and general usage data to keep the site working and understand what's helpful.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Contact you about Dispatch and answer your questions;
• Set up, provide, and support our service for your business;
• Schedule calls, demos, or appointments you request;

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we (and our AI receptionist) may call or text you about your request and our service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by telling us you'd like to stop, and we'll honor it.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you and provide our service, and as required by law. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, just reach out using the contact details below and we'll take care of it.

Children's privacy

Dispatch is a service for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
